This role encompasses responsibilities from pre-construction through to project completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while adhering to budgets and timelines. If you have a strong background in commercial construction and a keen eye for project management, we invite you to apply.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.</li><li>Supervise project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and implement change management strategies to address project challenges.</li><li>Efficiently allocate resources across multiple projects to maintain balance and meet project demands.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and timely updates.</li><li>Implement quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the established standards and specifications.</li><li>Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.</li></ul><p><b>Skills and Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 8 years of proficient working experience as a project manager in the commercial construction industry.</li><li>Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Solid knowledge of commercial construction trades and specifications.</li><li>Valid G Class License and access to a personal vehicle.</li><li>Well-versed with the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and the Occupational Health & Safety Act.</li><li>Ability to understand and interpret drawings and specifications.</li></ul><p><b>Location:</b></p><p><b>Markham, ON, Canada</b></p>
