The team needs to fill a senior Business Analyst (BA) / Story Writer role,

- The position is system-focused, not purely business-focused.

- Location requirement: Must be in Halifax or able to relocate there.

- The role is on-site, with a requirement of four days a week in the office.

- Skills needed (Top 5):

- Jira: Including acceptance criteria, test cases, use cases, and functional requirements.

- Functional requirements (not business requirements).

- Confluence.

- Process flows and diagrams.

- Must be proficient in documentation (samples required during interview).

- Additional consideration for professional work ethics and strong communication skills, explicitly to be noted in the job description.

- SQL and data analysis were briefly mentioned but not listed as required.
