Job Description

Senior Bilingual Business Analyst to collaborate with UX, design, content manager & technical teams.

An initial 1 year contract. Possibility of a 1 year renewal. Hybrid 3 days a week in Montreal, QC. 7.5 hour work days

Responsibilities:

User & Experience Understanding

  • Conduct user interviews, workshops, and observations
  • Identify needs, pain points, risks, and success criteria
  • Maintain strong proximity to end users and stakeholders

Business & Process Analysis

  • Analyze Client Space needs related to loan lifecycle
  • Document as-is processes (flows, rules, exceptions)
  • Define to-be target processes
  • Model processes (journey maps, scenarios, BPMN if needed)
  • Link user needs, business value, and technical constraints

Agile Delivery Support

  • Work within an Agile squad
  • Maintain and refine backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies)
  • Support prioritization (value, effort, risk)
  • Participate in ceremonies (refinement, planning, demos, UAT)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement

Initiative Areas

  • Access & activation
  • Digital forms integration
  • Document submission & tracking
  • Client communication & traceability improvements

Must Have Skills:

  • 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst
  • Fluent communication skills in French and English
  • Strong UX and customer journey exposure
  • Experience working within agile teams
  • Experience working in digital product environments

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Loan lifecycle/ process knowledge
