Senior Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator 2 of DTI, the Senior Administrative Coordinator position will be responsible for the Student Information System, including but not limited to data management, program design, student billing and tuition, student marks, student communication, student admissions & awards, staff training, report composition, staff scheduling, supervision and performance. Will work with the finance team to ensure tax forms are completed and distributed; liaise with other colleges and promote best practices. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve is a requirement.
Qualifications: The candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience. Demonstrated competence in communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as a very strong attention to detail. A good working knowledge of Metis history, culture and governance would be an asset.
Remuneration: A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
Term: April 2026 to July 2027
