This role is to support a 12-month maternity leave. The Senior Account Manager, Platform Solutions, will navigate the ever-changing media landscape for Magnite. Championing cross-team activations internally at Magnite as well as with strategic partners on their Canadian activations. This is a great opportunity for someone to showcase their excellence in programmatic strategy.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Develop an excellent understanding of each customer's business, technical set-up, and needs in order to create an end-to-end strategy to unlock new opportunities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, sharing industry trends, advancements, relevant insights, and best practices
  • Proactively monitor client performance data across an omnichannel portfolio to provide clients with recommendations and help them achieve their revenue goals
  • Lead strategic quarterly business reviews and implement work plans
  • Troubleshoot supply and deals monetization independently and with cross-functional teams, including operations, to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Lead internal enablement initiatives, including external and internal troubleshooting training, Salesforce/contract process guidance, and sharing market intelligence.
  • Collect market feedback and relay it to product, marketing, and operations enablement teams.
  • Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, supporting their growth in product knowledge and client management.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4–6 years' experience in digital advertising, with proven success in a client-facing, revenue-driving role.

    Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into actionable client strategies (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau).

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills with Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian publishing landscape and programmatic advertising ecosystem (CTV, video, display, audio, DOOH).
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-value clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluent in English required
  • Hybrid work model – in office 3 days per week.
  • Ability to travel 1 week per quarter or as needed
