Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on-site.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the facility.
- Document all incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary during investigations or emergencies.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with employees and visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, Fluent English both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
