Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security industry, including but not limited to corporate clients, government agencies, and residential communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized security solutions that meet clients’ specific needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Development Role or Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the security industry.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
