Our client in the government sector is looking for an SAP Training/Course Development resource on a contract basis. The resource will develop and execute a training and course development plan for the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solution.
Duration: 9 months
Location: Hybrid Toronto
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a training and course development plan for both system and non-system needs.
- Develop online and in-person courses to facilitate learning for staff who require training using a variety of delivery methods (i.e., instructor-led, eLearning, self-directed, etc.).
- The resource will also manage the development of training curriculum and deployment of training in a corporate environment and ensure training materials are up‐to‐date and utilized effectively.
- Training will require travel between training locations as necessary.
- Develop an approach to embed/institutionalize the change to sustain the benefits achieved, including knowledge transfer, performance management, continuous improvement, and other related
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in developing and delivering training material with preference given to experience on an SAP implementation project
- Experience developing training curriculum to deliver online and in-person courses to facilitate learning for staff using a variety of delivery methods (i.e., instructor-led, self-directed, eLearning, etc.)
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels with union and non‐union staff
- Experience using industry leading training content authoring tools (i.e., Articulate Storyline)
