Role Description
This is a contract, remote, commission only role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new clients and creating customized sales strategies to meet client needs. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, promoting the Social Draft's services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to align client goals with the company's offerings will also be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service techniques
Sales strategy development and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
Proactive problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset
Previous experience in sales, client management, or a similar field
Flexibility to adapt to client needs and a customer-first approach
Knowledge of the social media management industry is a must
Cold-calling experience preferred
Compensation
15-25% commission
