We have made significant investments in digital technology, horizontal, and vertical platforms, allowing us to successfully serve our clients for over 50 years.Required Skills:• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Architect, with expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and other Salesforce products. (Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice is must and AWS Connect is required)• Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security frameworks.• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.• Experience with Salesforce integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, AWS Connect and ETL tools.• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical solutions, and provide training and support.• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.• Experience on delivering and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.• Experience in implementing Salesforce Experience/communities, Marketing, Sales, Services and Financial clouds.• Hands-on experience on APEX, Visual force, Lightning Flow components, Salesforce back-end coding• knowledge of SalesforceDX but more specifically, proven experience working in a multi-team, Agile development environment• Experience in working on AWS platform for integration.• Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, etc.Roles and Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture and technical solutions to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce applications, including customization, integration, data migration, and application configuration built on Salesforce Service Voice and AWS connect IVR platform.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered.• Perform technical feasibility assessments and recommend Salesforce solutions based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.• Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and documentation practices within the Salesforce development team.• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and provide recommendations on their adoption and impact.• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and data.Thank you for your interest in TCS.
