As the owner of a growing logistics company, I'm looking for a Sales Consultant who understands that selling in logistics is about people first, systems second, and results always. This role is for someone who can connect with a wide range of customers—from corporate decision-makers to boots-on-the-ground trades—while confidently guiding them through a complex service offering. You'll be trusted to represent our values, communicate our process clearly, and drive growth through smart, relationship-focused selling.
Job Requirements
Strong customer relationship and communication skills
Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on performance and outcomes
Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
Aptitude for software-based sales platforms and digital tools
Degree in sales or a related field is ideal, but not required

Sales & Technical Aptitude
Education and/or strong aptitude toward IT and software-based tools
Background in sales software is a strong asset
Degree in sales is beneficial but not necessary
Experience using CRM and sales platforms
HubSpot experience preferred
Salesforce knowledge is also valuable
Understanding which sales tools work best in a logistics environment
Creativity, Strategy & Adaptability
Able to identify blind spots and offer insights we may be missing
Capable of generating their own leads and exploring new opportunities
Able to discover and pursue new demographics we haven't previously considered
Understands pricing strategies based on demographics and complex criteria
Can take a complex set of requirements and deliver the best solution for both the client and the company
Understands our approach, core values, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Can clearly communicate the value of our SOP and why it matters to the customer
Professionalism & Presence
Maintains a professional appearance and presents well
Friendly, approachable demeanor that reflects our brand
Understands the full sales flow: lead generation, cold outreach, pitch, follow-up, and close
Awareness of competitor positioning and industry standards is a strong asset
