Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand market presence.
- knowledge for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, analysis skills, and business development expertise
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
