Field Marketing Representative –KognitiveSales Solutions

KognitiveSales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is on the lookout for highly motivated, sales-driven individuals who can spark excitement and foster connections with consumers in-store.As a Field MarketingRepresentative, your primary rolewill be to educate customers and drive sales of Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada’s most trusted and iconic brands.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within thestoreand kiosk.

• Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers havea great experience

• Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

• Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with store personnel

• Maintaina high levelof confidentiality as you work with customer information

• Support in multiple store locations within your assigned region as needed

Compensation

• Basewage of $17.50/hour plus uncappedcommission

Schedule

• Permanent FT or PT opportunities

• Flexible schedule Mon-Sun between 10am-8pm
