Compensation:
$110,000 – $160,000 annually (inclusiveof base + performance-based bonuses)
About theRole
As SalesManager, you are the driving force behind the dealership’s sales performanceand customer experience. You will lead, coach, and motivate your team toconsistently exceed targets while ensuring a seamless and exceptional buyingjourney for every customer.
You bringstrong leadership, accountability, and energy — setting the tone for ahigh-performing, collaborative sales culture.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a teamof Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Resolve escalated customerconcerns with professionalism and urgency
- Partner with the General Managerto review performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and manage inventory toensure optimal availability and merchandising
- Enforce and uphold salesprocesses, tools, and best practices (e.g., 1-80)
- Foster a positive team culturethat drives engagement, accountability, and results
What YouBring
- Proven experience managing teamsof 5–10+ sales professionals
- OMVIC license required
- Experience with 1-80 and TMSsystems
- Valid driver’s license with aclean record
- Strong leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills
- High energy, results-drivenmindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work eveningsand Saturdays
