What You’ll Do

• Engage with Customers: Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and help them find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel informed and supported.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of new models, features, and industry trends to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Attitude: A positive, customer-first approach with a strong desire to help others.
• Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and familiarity with financing options.
