Position Overview
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:
- Provide access to high-intent leads who are already looking for coverage.
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom, email or phone)
- Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
- Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in any client-facing role (customer service or sales) – not required but a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, professional, and reliable work ethic
- License in life and health insurance, if not – we assist in application
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to commit full time
- Authorized to work in Canada or US
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely with a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection
