What we are looking in for:

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role is an asset
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Able to shuffle to above mentioned store locations.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written, verbal communication & calculation skills.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to commute to all the following locations:

• Vaughan: Rutherford and Weston
• Brampton: Hwy 50 and Seachart Palace
• Brampton: Torbram and North Park
• Brampton: Queens and Chinguacousy

What you will be doing:

• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability to work flexible shifts.
• Friendly and strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take independent initiative without direct supervision.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
