Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Sales and Partnerships Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives. You will work closely with the Vice President of Growth and Partnerships as well as the marketing teams to identify partnership opportunities, develop and execute partnership strategies, and manage relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to drive growth
• Develop and execute partnership strategies to achieve business goals
• Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership marketing materials and campaigns
• Analyze partnership performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnerships and growth strategies
• Will be working with Sales targets reflected in compensation, along with a base pay. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Sales experience is an asset
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
