Job Description
Please note that we have two showrooms, one located in Nanaimo and our head office in Parksville. You will be required to be both in-office and on-site at projects. You will need a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Always provide highest level of customer service
- Work as an independent contractor, operating their own business selling products and services available through Mid Island Cabinets
- Work showroom days as a way to increase customer base
- Responsible for project management including site measures, layouts, final walk throughs and collection of customer deposits
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Takes responsibility for one's own performance by setting clear goals and tracking progress
CREDENTIALS
- Design and cabinet knowledge are required.
- Minimum 2 years of cabinet related sales experience.
- Experience with Cabinet Vision or equivalent design software is an asset.
- Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to work directly with people in a customer service capacity
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Self motivated to drive completion of tasks as quickly and as accurately as possible
- Must have own transportation.
- Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel.
Job Type: Commission
Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
