Hays Recruitment has partnered up with a trade and development company in Toronto, ON. Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role offers the possibility of extension/permanency and follows a hybrid working model.


Your new role

  • Preparation of documents reflecting trade contracts, purchases, returns, damaged material etc.
  • Invoicing and Payment (600-800 invoices/month) and ensuring proper posting to ECC accounting system
  • Ensure appropriate posting to ECC system.
  • Follow up with contracts signing/countersigning, monitor A/R status and chase payments;
  • Respond to and follow up sales, purchase enquiries.
  • Support Supervisor and Managers providing expertise in the efficient administration

What you will need to succeed

  • Strong Excel skills a must
  • Excellent administrative and control skills
  • Solid understanding of contract details and procedures to be observed under corporate guidelines
  • Flexible and able to work effectively within a variety of situations
  • Proficient use of computer systems in controlling processes
