<p><b>Responsibilities:</b><br></p><li>Develop solutions to resolve existing PKI OIM issues.<br></li><li>Develop solution to implement features required by identity and certificate management system.<br></li><li>Develop solutions to ensure OPS/BPS Secure modules to comply with GO-ITS 25 security requirement.<br></li><li>Implement solutions to support client applications to migrate off from OPS/BPS Secure Service.<br></li><li>Support the development, testing and deployment solution to the PKI OIM service and OPS/BPS Secure service by:<br></li>
<li>Providing full software development life cycle (SDLC) support.<br></li><li>Identifying, researching, or promoting technological innovations.<br></li><li>Demonstrating technological innovation through proofs-of-concept.<br></li><li>Promoting and supporting excellence in tools.<br></li><li>Developing requirements for tools (e.g., development, code migration, data migration, configuration management, reporting).<br></li><li>Evaluating and recommending tools.<br></li><li>Installing and configuring tools.<br></li><li>Developing, testing, and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g., scripts, queries, views, reports, procedures).<br></li><li>Document maintenance and support requirements and procedures.<br></li><li>Provide development support for performance and consumption reporting.<br></li>
<br><br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>Experience and Skill Set Requirements:</b><br></p><p><b>Must Haves:</b><br></p><li><b>At least 3 years of hands-on development experience related to Oracle Identity Manager</b><br></li><li>Experience with OIM (API/workflow) coding and development<br></li><li>3 years' experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) customization, including development and deployment of OIM schedulers, adapters, and plugins, as well as custom OIM UI development and connector customized development<br></li><p><b>Skill Set Requirements:</b><br></p><p><b>Leadership in Identity and Access Management (Entrust and Oracle IAM):</b><br></p><li>5+ years of experience with providing development support for COTS based identity and access management systems including the following:<br></li><li>2 years experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) customization, including development and deployment of OIM schedulers, adapters, and plugins, as well as custom OIM UI development and connector customized development.<br></li><li>At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.<br></li><li>At least 3 years of application developing experience in developing applications with OAuth2 & OIDC technology, developing customized OIDC, developing OAuth2&OIDC client and integration with IAM products.<br></li><li>At least 4 years of experience related to implementations with over 10,000 registered users.<br></li><p><b>Developing and Sustaining Large Applications:</b><br></p><li>5+ years of experience with designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products:<br></li><li>Web Tier: OHS, Windows Internet Information Server (IIS), IBM HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat.<br></li><li>App Tier: WebLogic, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition.<br></li><li>DB Tier: Oracle database 19C<br></li><li>O/S: Windows, and Linux.<br></li><li>Strong experience with Angular 12 and 14, Spring Boots 4; 2+ years of experience in using and developing Angular UI libraries.<br></li><li>At least 5 years of Java Open JDK 8 and 11.<br></li><li>Experience of Azure and microservice architecture.<br></li><p><b>Problem Solving:</b><br></p><li>10+ years of experience with triaging, analyzing, diagnosing (i.e., troubleshooting), evaluating options, and resolving application problems including the following:<br></li><li>At least 3 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.<br></li><li>At least 3 years related to troubleshooting problems related to non-production environments.<br></li><li>At least 3 years related to identity and access management solutions.<br></li><p><b>Quality Control and Assurance:</b><br></p><li>10+ years of experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10,000 users.<br></li><li>Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.<br></li><li>Experience with automated testing and development tools (e.g. LoadRunner).<br></li><li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes such as Service Level Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Capacity Management.<br></li>
