Skill Set:
路 Knowledge and expertise in administrating and developing of Oracle Siebel, UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ and CRM technologies
路 1Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in administering and developing Oracle Siebel 2023, including UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ, and CRM technologies.
路 Proficient in Siebel Tools, configuration, workflows, scripting, Open UI customization, and working with Oracle Database for performance optimization.
路 Experienced with Siebel modules (Call Center, Sales, Service, Marketing), workflow automation, EAI integrations, and large-scale data migration using EIM.
路 Skilled in system integration, security model configuration, and enterprise solution design, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user-centric implementations.
路 Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps toolsets in Azure Cloud, including but not limited to, Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, OpenShift.
路 Working knowledge and experience in git, including branching and merging strategies (e.g. git-flow), collaborating via pull request and practicing GitOps
路 Working knowledge and experience of designing and implementing infrastructure as code build automation using Terraform and immutable infrastructure with Ansible and Packer
路 Minimum 10 years of experience in systems, data communications and telecommunication technology including experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux V7+, UNIX Solaris V10 and Mainframe IMS Connect, system software and System tools
路 Working knowledge and experience of implementing instances/applications performance tuning, storage/capacity management, DB migration/upgrade, Backup/Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
路 Working knowledge and experience of clustering Load Balancers, and Firewall configuration and accomplishing the same in Azure cloud
路 Experience with technologies (J2EE, Java) and web technologies (Node.js, Azure Functions, Serverless, Pub/Sub event driven systems, Azure App Gateway)
路 Experience with Informatics Power Centre tools, Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow
路 Experience on application monitoring and support

- Support for pre-production and production systems on 7/24/365 basis for application and middleware
- Experience conducting system monitoring and performance and data integrity in accordance with ITIL standards
Operations:
- Experience on supporting enterprise business and infrastructure projects
