Requirements
Deliverables Include:
- Process Implementation: Support implementation of business processes and provide input to process improvements.
- Operations Support: Coordinate client integration to ONE ID, with focus on client engagement, client support, and end-user authorization.
- Project Support: Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives.
- Documentation: Provide input to process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
Operational responsibilities:
- As a subject matter expert, facilitate ONE ID operational activities including stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
- Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization and service implementations.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Design, implement and document process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.
Project Responsibilities:
- Serve as subject matter expect for projects requiring ONE ID integration.
- Lead requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.
- Conduct readiness assessments.
- Provide operational support to facilitate project delivery.
Service Transformation Responsibilities:
- Contribute to process improvements, process redesign, process documentation and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) design/execution.
- Support change management activities and produce client communications.
