Must haves:

Requirements

Deliverables Include:

  •  Process Implementation: Support implementation of business processes and provide input to process improvements.
  • Operations Support: Coordinate client integration to ONE ID, with focus on client engagement, client support, and end-user authorization.
  •   Project Support: Provide project coordination support for product integration initiatives.
  •  Documentation: Provide input to process documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.

 Operational responsibilities:

  • As a subject matter expert, facilitate ONE ID operational activities including stakeholder requests, incidents and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
  • Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization and service implementations.
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Design, implement and document process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.

Project Responsibilities:

  • Serve as subject matter expect for projects requiring ONE ID integration.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.
  • Conduct readiness assessments.
  • Provide operational support to facilitate project delivery.

Service Transformation Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to process improvements, process redesign, process documentation and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) design/execution.
  • Support change management activities and produce client communications.
