Location: Airdrie, AB (Serving Calgary & Area)
Second Generation Exteriors Contracting Inc. is a well‑established exterior renovation company based in Airdrie, specializing in residential and multi‑family roofing, siding, and insurance restoration work. Due to continued growth, we are beginning the search to expand our sales and estimating team.
We are seeking a motivated Salesperson / Estimator with experience in residential and multi‑family exteriors. This role will evolve as we grow, and we are open to shaping the position around the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates for roofing and siding projects (residential & multi‑family)
- Perform site visits, measurements, and takeoffs
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurers
- Assist with insurance claim estimates and supplements
- Communicate scopes of work clearly to clients and internal teams
- Assist with sales activities and closing projects
Preferred Experience
- Background in roofing and/or siding sales or estimating
- Residential and multi‑family exterior experience
- Exactimate experience (strong asset)
- Knowledge of Alberta building practices and codes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
