Steps to Advancement:

Start as an Entry-Level Apprentice.
Complete In-House Level One Training and get promoted to Team Leader.
Complete In-House Level Two Training and get enrolled in RCABC Apprenticeship; Get promoted to Junior Foreman.
Earn Red Seal by completing RCABC Apprenticeship; Get promoted to Foreman.
