Specifically designed to cater to individuals discharged from UHN hospitals, nurses in the program deliver personalized nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each client.Currently, we are hiring for the Toronto Central region only.

Nurses will operate in 8-hour shifts, incorporating bi-weekly weekend rotations. Please note that this is a visiting nurse opportunity and regular travel, and driving are integral components of the position.About the Role:UHN visiting nurses are mandated to acquire and maintain a proficiency in specialized clinical skills essential for catering to the diverse and complex needs of clients from UHN. These skills encompass a range of clinical procedures, including but not limited to pneumostat care, atrium dry seal care, T-tube care, IV Lasix administration, and other specialized medical interventions. In addition, other comprehensive suites of services include wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, administering injections, and the removal of PICC lines and chemo.
