Mandatory Requirements
Certification (Mandatory)
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification (proof required with response).
Experience (10+ years required with 3+ examples each):
- 10 years business analysis documenting current/future state processes, capability gaps (3+ project examples totaling 10+ years).
- 10 years senior lead BA implementing healthcare projects with clinical stakeholders (3+ examples including 1 large-scale acute setting, totaling 10+ years).
- 5 years implementing Altera Sunrise suite in clinical environments (2+ examples totaling 5+ years).
- 5 years implementing EHRs in clinical settings with configuration mapping (2+ examples totaling 5+ years, 1+ with multi-hospital regional deployment).
- 3 years planning/deploying technical infrastructure (devices/workstations/printers) for EHR implementations (1+ example totaling 3+ years).
