We are currently seeking a personable and knowledgeable individual to represent our brand and be a pillar of support for our customers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding our culture, beliefs, and business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarettes
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team environment
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school education or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1-year retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with computers and data/web searches

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Operate the cash register and POS in accordance with policies and procedures
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
• Stay up-to-date on promotions and advertisements
• Embody company culture and values
• Give and receive constructive feedback

• Location: 30 Shields Ct, Unit 2, Markham, ON L3R 9T5
• Availability requirement: Full-time
• Schedule: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. x 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, subject to change. Flexibility required.)
• Compensation: $17.60 / hour
