Job Overview

Signalix is hiring motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team at our Freedom Mobile locations in London, Ontario. In this customer-facing role, your energy, communication skills, and passion for sales will help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You'll be the welcoming face of Signalix, assisting customers with activations, device upgrades, accessories, and account support, all while contributing to a clean, organized, and high-performing store environment.

We are looking for individuals who are quick learners, knowledgeable, and eager to continuously develop their product and service expertise. This paid position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to build a career in the wireless retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with Freedom Mobile plans, activations, upgrades, and accessories
• Conduct product and service demonstrations to explain features and benefits
• Upsell accessories and value-added products by identifying customer needs
• Operate POS systems accurately for transactions and cash handling
• Maintain store appearance through merchandising, stocking, and organization
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle customer inquiries professionally in person and over the phone

Requirements

• Previous retail or wireless sales experience is an asset but not required
• Experience in the wireless industry is considered an asset, but not compulsory
• Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and merchandising
• Experience with upselling, product demos, or sales targets is preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and develop strong product knowledge
