JOB DESCRIPTION
-Greet & welcome guests
-Keep the restaurant clean & organized
-Receive inventory during regular deliveries
-Manage the shift by ensuring team has all the tools they need to succeed
-Train new team members through hands on learning and coaching
-Ensure standards are upheld with your team
-Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
-Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication & understanding
-Coach & mentor the team
