Residential Property Maintenance Worker
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can clean and maintain rental properties. Provide snow removal in the winter and lawn care in the summer month's. The successful candidate will take initiative when tackling challenging projects and will follow instructions carefully. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to work full time hours with a schedule to be on call and available after hours for snow removal or urgent tenant calls. The applicant must also be fluent in English both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas of rental properties.
- Clean vacant units to ready for rent.
- Shovel snow and sand and sand icy walkways.
- Respond to emergencies on occasion on an on call basis.
- Cut grass and remove debris.
- Remove trash or unwanted items from property.
