Overview
We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Cleaners to join The Tidy Team Toronto who are ready to start immediately. This position is primarily in-person at various residential and commercial client locations across the GTA. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and organized spaces, and can work independently while maintaining high professional standards. Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. We value strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude above all.
Duties
- Perform standard and deep cleaning services for homes, condos, offices, and commercial spaces
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
- Making beds and general tidying
- Emptying garbage and replacing liners
- Following detailed client-specific cleaning checklists
- Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Ensuring cleaning supplies and tools are used safely and effectively
- Communicating professionally with clients when required
Requirements
- Cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks
- Access to a vehicle is an asset but not required
