Job Summary


The incumbent will support customers by assisting them with their questions, complaints, concerns, or any issues that they might have with a product or service. The employee will also manage customers order books, potential delays / stockouts, and improvements. Duties include fostering customer satisfaction, managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and making modifications. Ensure company goals / KPIs are being met. Help promote a culture of continuous improvement. Establish and maintain long‑term professional relationships with internal and external customers.


Job Description


Key Accountabilities:



  • Respond quickly to external and internal customer inquiries.

  • Communicate with customers through various channels (e‑mails and phone).

  • Problem solve.

  • Open and modify customer accounts.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Create quotations.

  • Coordinate with operations on deliveries and inquiries.

  • Analyze pricing, invoices, discrepancies, and create necessary adjustments.

  • Work on accounts receivable; work with customers on payment defaults, analyze invoices, and create debit and credit memos.

  • Monitor on‑time delivery and communicate with customers.

  • Analyze inventory levels, forecast, purchase orders, incoming inventory, and firm orders.

  • Create various reports (order confirmations, forecast, volumes, etc.).

  • Resolve customer complaints.

  • Know our products inside and out to answer questions.

  • Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

  • Meet with customers as required.

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements:



  • Experience in Sales / Customer Service (2 years).

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications Excel (intermediate), Outlook, SAP (an asset).
