Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. We specialize in renting properties in downtown London to Western University students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental inquiries and assisting clients through the leasing process, and subsequent tenancy. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of the London student rental market. Experience in administrative tasks are highly valued.
Duties
- Prepare Ads and respond to rental inquiries, via phone, e-mail and in person providing detailed information about available properties.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, client details, and property listings using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease signing, including negotiation of terms.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained for showings and occupancy.
- Schedule appointments, process applications, show properties and manage documentation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing tenants. .
Requirements
- Ontario Real Estate Licence; administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
- Strong communication skills; ability to handle prospective tenants professionally.
- Proven record in real estate, rental sales and lease negotiations. This position offers an engaging work environment where your success depends on interpersonal skills and sales expertise

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
