What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of the renovation project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the project stays on track and meets all quality standards.
- Implement a comprehensive streamlining initiative to optimize hotel operations, including:
- Leadership Restructuring: Define clear roles and responsibilities for a newly appointed leadership team.
- Process Optimization: Eliminate redundant steps and implement efficient workflows across departments.
- Technology Integration: Upgrade and integrate new technologies to streamline operations.
- Employee Training and Development: Equip your team with the skills they need to excel through targeted training programs.
- Supply Chain Management: Evaluate vendor performance, consolidate partnerships, and implement inventory management systems to reduce costs.
- Financial Restructuring: Conduct a thorough cost analysis and implement measures to achieve budget control and cost savings.
- Customer Relations Enhancement: Develop and implement a customer feedback mechanism to address concerns and improve communication channels.
