With over six years in production Linux/cloud operations and hands-on experience in Oracle cloud, you will collaborate with a talented team to suggest process improvements and drive automation. Your troubleshooting skills and ability to create clear documentation will be instrumental in customer support and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor internal and customer servers
• Diagnose and resolve server-related issues
• Create and manage Oracle cloud resources
• Perform updates on ERP applications
• Develop internal technical documentation
Requirements:
• IT-related degree with 6+ years in Linux/cloud operations
• 2+ years experience in cloud (Oracle preferred)
• Proficient in RHEL 7 and 9 servers
• Bash and Python scripting knowledge is a plus
• Collaborative mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
