Job Description
Remote Sales Associate, your key role includes developing customer relationships, implementing success, contributing to sales efforts and acting as a customer advocate within our organization – ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented and motivated to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. If you enjoy working with people, spotting opportunities, and making things happen, this role is for you.
Position Overview
- Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions.
- Ensure ongoing client engagement through consistent and organized communications.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
- Active license in life and health insurance or willingness to obtain (license fee may apply).
- Authorized to work in the US and Canada.
