In this role, you will have the chance to work from home and provide exceptional support to customers through phone calls and live chat.
Job Description: Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries. This includes responding to queries related to delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general service questions via both phone calls and live chat support. Additionally, you will be required to manage multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring responses meet or exceed service standards.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following skills: Bilingualism (French/English) – proficiency is essential for interacting with French- and English-speaking clients; typing speed of 40+ WPM with accuracy; availability for full-time hours up tot 40 per week between Monday-Friday EST time zones Saturday Sunday ; Reliable high-speed internet connection Dedicated quiet workspace free distractions flexibility evenings weekends.
