As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing, engaging, and developing your team to achieve service, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. You will ensure the team works efficiently and safely while contributing to continuous improvement and expanding our industrial services.
What You Bring To The Table
- Welcome, onboard, and mentor team members; track performance and support professional development.
- Participate in recruiting and selecting new talent.
- Plan human resources, manage schedules, and oversee absences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and internal standards.
- Manage tools and personal protective equipment for safe and effective work.
- Collaborate with management, sales, and clients to plan projects and ensure contract renewals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Identify and support future leaders to ensure continuity of skills.
Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful
- DEC in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, a technical university degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role; supervisory experience is an asset.
- Client-focused with the ability to align actions with business objectives.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced French required; professional English is an asset.
