CBI Home Health is looking to hire passionate and caring Nurses (RPN and RN) to join our skilled team in Durham region, Ontario.

The salary range for this position is between $26.39 to $39.32 per hour

What You Will Do

As a nurse (RN/ RPN) at CBI Home Health, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that uses an integrated and collaborative approach to service delivery. CBI Home Health has demonstrated that In-Home care can be different with evidence of improved outcomes and satisfaction for employees and patients. CBI Home Health has strengthened the traditional In-Home service delivery model focusing on a holistic approach to care. As part of the dynamic and self-directed care team, you work together to effectively meet the patient's goals. You will use your experience and clinical skills to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion and excellence.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Registered Nurse/ Registered Practical Nurse (RN/ RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening within the past 12months
Proof of negative TB test within the last 12months
Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO)
Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver's license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
