The Massage Therapist will work in a tranquil environment dedicated to health and relaxation, helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalized treatments.<br />*Duties*<br />* Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities.<br />* Assess client concerns and develop customized treatment plans to address specific issues or preferences.<br />* Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.<br />* Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices.<br />* Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress, and preferences for future reference.<br />* Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.<br />* Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry trends, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.<br />*Experience*<br />* Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required; <br /> training will be provided for qualified candidates.<br />* Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for understanding client conditions and treatment planning.<br />* Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their needs.<br />* Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their experience.<br />* Certification or licensing as required by state regulations is mandatory for practice.
