Smiles Dental Group is looking for a motivated, accountable, high-performing Registered Dental Hygienist who wants more than a routine position. If you thrive in a structured, busy environment and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality patient care, this role is for you.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50–$65/hour (based on experience)


• Quarterly performance bonus


• $5,000 signing bonus for eligible candidates with 2+ years’ experience committing to 2 years with a set schedule

Who You Are

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Alberta


• Experienced with Dentrix or similar dental software


• Clear communicator with excellent patient relationship skills


• Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in charting and follow-through


• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic


• Willing to work at multiple locations as needed

• Build strong patient relationships and guide treatment adherence


• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation


• Support efficient, high-quality patient flow with the clinical team
