Are you a Red Seal Technician looking for a shop that has parts, bays, volume and THE SUPPORT TEAM to keep you moving?Sunshine Mountain Ford Lincoln in Nanaimo, BC on beautiful Vancouver Island, is looking for a Journeyman to join our family-led team. Under the leadership of Ann Marie Clark, we've built a shop that balances a "fun-loving family atmosphere" with the pace of a premier Ford Lincoln dealership.
We've worked incredibly hard to cultivate a high-functioning, supportive team. We are looking for someone who will protect our culture as much as we do.

The Volume: We recondition 90+ units a month, we open 50+ ROs per day and are the central hub for commercial repairs on the Island. You'll never be looking for work.

The Package:
Earnings: $70,000 – $130,000 per year (Flat Rate available).
Flexibility: Available overtime and extended hours if you want to hustle; a steady schedule if you don't.
