Job Type: HYBRID – 3 days in office.

Payrate: $30/hr. on T4

Description: In this role, you will be accountable for providing support to a global HR Document Management System holding and managing employee documents.

Overall accountabilities include:

  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Collect, organize, test, and support the transmission of documents from stakeholders into the new document system.
  • Provide testing support for the system including the classification of documents by record type.
  • Administer a document destruction process in alignment with policies and procedures.
  • Resolve escalated problems through written and verbal communications to various stakeholders.
  • Provide informal training support to users.


  • Strong familiarity with employee documents.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills to meet the delivery and expectations of our clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
