<p>About Our client: Our Client is a mid-size, client-oriented firm dedicated to delivering value-added legal services with a personal touch. We specialize in various areas including family law, real estate, wills and estates, probate, and immigration law.<br></p>
· Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls<br>· Speak to coworkers, clients, opposing law offices, court staff and all other people in a professional and courteous manner<br>· Keep the office tidy by light cleaning around the office<br>· Create and send out correspondence as required<br>· Schedule appointments<br>· Greet everyone in a professional manner that attends the office and fill out intake forms and copy IDs<br>· Make photocopies as needed<br>· Keep track of incoming faxes and send to the appropriate Lawyer/Clerk<br>· Contact potential clients who are looking to book an appointment and scheduling same<br>· Other duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.<br>
