Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage both fresh and experienced agents through leads, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate closely with current realtors for the Realtor Reference Program (REVUP) and organize events, including first-time homebuyer events.
  • Conduct Microsoft Teams meetings for detailed presentations on services offered and collaborate with other teams for RECO and Board transfers.
  • Understand realtor expectations, identifying potential bottlenecks like cultural mismatches and communication skills, and address doubts related to contracts, obtaining special approvals from management when necessary.
  • Share brokerage/contractor contracts with realtors and collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to share required information.
  • Organize introduction calls for all realtors with the leadership team.
  • Own the product vision, key messaging, and digital and social media marketing objectives of the brand.
  • Communicate marketing OKRs and launch plans to decision-makers across the organization, execute digital marketing strategies, and collaborate with teams to ensure product designs align with the brand persona.
  • Coordinate and carry out client and customer meetings when required (this includes working with external vendors for Public Relation, Ad Commercials, and other Traditional Marketing Agencies)
  • Vendor management and coordination with the team to carry out outsourced activities.
  • Overseeing the overall Product usage, customer behavior, marketing opportunities, offering product training (internally)


Qualification:

  • Excellent time management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Negotiation and recruitment skills.
  • 1-3 years’ direct product management experience or sales experience.
  • Experience working with diverse teams and cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Prior experience in Go To Market Strategy.
