Our client, a reputable and highly regarded Richmond Hill law firm is growing They are looking to hire a seasoned Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. In this role you will be involved in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions.

The ability to handle Residential transactions including purchase, sales, mortgages and re-financings is essential for being considered for this position. In addition the successful candidate must possess a flexible, upbeat demeanour and keen eye for detail.

While some exposure to commercial real estate would be considered an asset, this client will trainĀ  in this area of law

Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a necessity.
