Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Whitby, ON, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market analyses, preparing listings, and negotiating deals. The agent will also build and maintain client relationships to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a supportive and high-performing team.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in Real Estate processes and knowledge of Real Property trends
Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for maintaining client relationships
Proven Sales experience, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with Durham Region's real estate market is a plus
