Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist Supervisor to join our team. As a Psychologist Supervisor, you will provide clinical support to our counseling clinic, ensuring the delivery of effective and ethical mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to a team of Social Workers and psychotherapists
- Facilitate individual case consultations and/or team meetings to promote collaboration and professional development
- Ensure compliance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Registration as a Psychologist in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices in mental health care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous quality improvement
