Job Description

Location: Vancouver

Reports to: Regional Property Manager

Full-Time

Role Summary
Marcon's Income Producing Properties (IPP) team is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, sales centre, and mixed-use properties in Vancouver. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate lease administration, disciplined rent and billing processes, responsive tenant service, and organized operational documentation that supports portfolio performance.

About Us
Many people will spend their lives in a Marcon home, so we have to build it right, every time. Founded in 1985, Marcon is an established real estate company specializing in acquiring, developing, building and managing properties across Metro Vancouver. A focus on quality and craft is what the business was built on, giving us a trusted name in the construction community. These principles have remained a focus as we've expanded into the real estate development and operations space, managing our own projects from conception through to execution, completion, and ongoing management.

We are committed to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. None of this is possible without a hardworking team working together to make it all happen.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely logging, follow-up, and clear communication. You will maintain accurate lease and tenant records in Yardi, track critical dates such as renewals and escalations, and support compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act and applicable regulatory requirements. You will assist with rent collection processes, monitor arrears, prepare tenant statements, and support monthly reporting. You will coordinate vendor access, support work order tracking, maintain documentation logs, and contribute to organized, audit-ready records across the portfolio.

Working closely with the Regional Property Manager and accounting team, you will help ensure operational consistency, financial discipline, and a professional tenant experience across all assigned properties.

What You Bring
You bring 2–3 years of administrative experience in real estate, construction, or property operations. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with only occasional direction. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with Yardi or similar property management systems. You communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. A valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.

What We Offer
Marcon is committed to building an inclusive, inspired, and high-performance team culture where our Core Values of Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Passion, and Excellence guide how we show up every day. As a full-time team member, you will be part of a stable and growing real estate organization that offers competitive compensation, extended health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, paid vacation and statutory holidays, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. We value accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement — and we invest in people who take pride in their work.

If you are a proactive, organized professional looking to grow your career in property operations, we would love to hear from you.
